Draft notice, pending legal review
Draft of 7 October 2026
Where your enquiry goes, and who reads it.
One Cape Town company is responsible for your details.
NORION (Pty) Ltd decides what happens to the details you send through the form. Every question about them comes to one address, where a person reads it.

Your name and email. The rest is up to you.
The form asks six questions, and only two need an answer. The server adds the time your enquiry arrived and trims each answer to a set length. What our host records about each visit, such as your IP address, is to be confirmed.

We use your details to answer your enquiry.
What you send goes into the three steps that follow every enquiry: a call, a written note, and a quoted scope or an honest reason not to bother.
Used for
After you press Start a build
- 01
A call, thirty minutes, no deck.
We use your name and your email, or your phone if you gave it, to set up the call. The booking calendar opens with your name, email and message filled in. - 02
A written note on what we would build.
What you told us about your systems and the job you want handled shapes the note. - 03
A quoted scope, or an honest reason not to bother.
It comes back to you at the email address you gave us on the form.
What the form does not do
As the site is built today
The form does not Add you to a mailing list
Nothing on the form signs you up, and we write to you only about your enquiry.
The form does not Track you or show you ads
This site sets no cookies of its own and loads no advertising or tracking tools. The booking calendar, run by Calendly, opens only after you send the form, and asks before it sets its own cookies.
The form does not Pass it to an AI model
The form hands your enquiry to no AI agent and no AI model on its way to us.
Your enquiry is kept in four places.
Once you press Start a build, a copy sits in the first three of these places, and in the fourth if you book the call. We have not set how long each one keeps it yet, so this part stays marked to be confirmed until we do.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time. See your rights.

The route your enquiry takes to our inbox.
Three services hold your enquiry on its way to us: the company that hosts this site, which runs the form and keeps its server log; Resend, which emails it on; and the provider behind our inbox. No other service, tool or AI model touches it on the way. If you then book the call, Calendly runs the booking calendar.

Where they keep it
Where each service stores your enquiry, and on what terms, is to be confirmed.
If you book the call
After you send the form, the booking calendar opens on this page. Calendly runs it and receives your name, your email, your message and the time you pick, and it sends the invite and the reminders.
If you email instead
Write to info@norion.co.za and your email skips the form, landing in the same inbox. If the form cannot send your enquiry on, it opens your own email app with it written out, or lets you copy it; sent from there, it goes through your own email provider to the same inbox.
Ask to see, correct or delete what we hold.
South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act gives you these rights over what you sent us. To use one, email us from the address you used on the form, so we can find your enquiry.
