We build the system your business runs on, then give it a team.

First the Foundation: custom software connected to your jobs, stock, payroll, accounting and WhatsApp, with reports and approvals in one place. Then the Workforce: AI agents we set up on Grok Bot and OpenAI dots. They chase, check and report, and ask before anything important.

NORION does two things, and sells them together.

Both layers come from one company, so the rules for what waits for a person are written into the system and into every agent at the same time.

What we build
The Foundation. Custom software built for one business at a time, around how you already work.
What we run
The Workforce. AI agents set up and run by NORION: one job each, and a written rule for when it asks.
The order
We build the Foundation first, then set the agents up inside it.

The Workforce

The agents read the same figures you do. These jobs and areas are examples, because every build starts from how your business runs.

For owners who carry half the business in their head.

We build for owners and managers of established businesses, where the work is spread across spreadsheets, a staff clock, an accounting package, inboxes and WhatsApp groups.

These businesses have three things in common.

  1. Work to schedule

Jobs or deliveries that someone has to plan, then move around when the week changes.

  2. Stock to account for

Stock and equipment that have to be counted, and found when someone needs them.

  3. People to pay

Staff who clock in every day and expect the right pay on payday.

Where the work lives today. A Monday spreadsheet, a staff clock, an accounting package, an inbox and a WhatsApp group, each in a different place.Illustrative screen. Not client data.

We work like the colleague who already handled it.

We write the way we work: plain, warm and sure of ourselves. The written scope and every message an agent sends use real words.

  1. Plain.

We use the words on your invoices and whiteboards, so a plumber and a CFO both get it first time.

“The agent reads each invoice off the email and checks it against the delivery note.”
  2. Warm.

We talk to a person, say what we have done for them, and never make anyone feel at fault.

Two invoices don’t add up, so I’ve set them aside for you. The rest are matched. Ready to post them. Post them, or look first?

  3. Sure of itself.

Every scope and every agent message ends on what happens next, and who decides.

“We take the typing off your team. Anything that moves money waits for your yes.”

Agents named by the job they do.

An agent should be easy to spot, and plainly not a person. Each one runs on Grok Bot or OpenAI dots, does one job inside your Foundation and goes by it: the debtors agent, the quotes agent.

The debtors and payments agent, with four more of the team beside it. The four states an agent shows: ready, working, done and needs you.
  1. One job each

Each agent is set up for one job, never given a character name.

  2. Grok Bot or OpenAI dots

We choose the platform for each job, and every agent works from the same record in your Foundation.

  3. It says it is AI

Every agent says it is an AI agent in its first message, signed as your business.

  4. It waits for your yes

Anything that moves money, reaches a client or is published waits for a person’s yes.

Every agent that talks to your customers also offers a way to reach a person.

The chip in our mark points to what needs you.

The NORION mark is the Corner Chip: a rounded tile, an N, a notch cut from the top-right corner and a small lavender chip floating in it. In the system we build, the same chip marks the one thing that needs a person.

The NORION mark, the Corner Chip, beside a row of five line icons for jobs, stock, payroll, accounting and approvals. A dotted line runs from the mark’s lavender chip to the one icon whose chip is lit: approvals, the thing that needs a person.

Bring us the job nobody has time for.

A call, thirty minutes, no deck. Then a written note on what we would build first, and a quoted scope, or an honest reason not to bother.
